Cokesbury Court Apartments get new management

You asked for it. Resident Life is taking over management on Aug. 1 of Cokesbury Court Apartments, 2601 N. Kentucky Ave. The change was initiated after Student Government Association President Jeff Riles issued a presidential proclamation to university officials.

It's time to rock. In March, lawmakers voted to pass House Concurrent Resolution 1047 by Rep. Joe Dorman, D-Rush Springs, and Sen. John Ford, R-Bartlesville. The bill allows Oklahomans to vote for an official state rock 'n' roll song. Any rock 'n' roll song written or recorded by an Oklahoma artist is eligible.… Post the First Comment

Some staff attempt to quit smoking, others find alternatives
For Laurel Redding not lighting up is hard. The law advancement administrative assistant decided to quit smoking in June, when university officials initiated the campus wide ban on tobacco. Redding said she attends the cessation meetings and is glad they're available.… Post the First Comment
